Our friendly family delivery service

At QLM we know that accidents can happen to anyone and anything, at any time.

That’s why we recommend Staingard’s 5 year protection plan to cover you against accidental damage.


If you’ve bought several things, we usually deliver everything together once all your items are in stock. However, if you need one thing urgently, please let us know and we’ll do everything we can to help.

In most cases, unless the item/s delivered are self-assembly, providing access is available, our delivery team will place your furniture in your chosen room and remove all packaging if needed. Please ensure to thoroughly check your furniture before signing the delivery note confirming the item/s have been received.

A third party courier may be used if required.

We aim to deliver all item/s as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of in stock products as timings can vary based on your delivery area.

As a number of our products are made for you (made to order, bespoke or not in stock) delivery times vary depending on your order. Please make a note of the estimated delivery time when you place your order to give you an idea of when our delivery team will be in touch. In some cases stock arrives with us sooner than expected, and once the stock is with us we will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

For in stock items, we usually give an estimated delivery time of up to 2 weeks. In many cases in stock items can be delivered sooner, depending on delivery location and availability.

Delivery Dates

Whilst all reasonable endeavours will be made to adhere to delivery dates quoted at the time of an order being placed, such dates must be viewed as approximate estimates only, given in good faith and based upon the information available to us at the time. The Company will not accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience suffered by delivery delay, excepting where delays may be reasonably foreseeable by the Company.

Cost And Place Of Delivery

Goods are delivered by the Company at a pre-notified delivery charge to the delivery address stated on the order. Any subsequent change of address may incur an additional delivery charge. Goods will be assembled where appropriate.

Responsibility for goods, once ordered, will rest with the Customer who must ensure that the goods will fit through relevant doors and passageways, if windows have to be removed because of access issues then this responsibility lies with the customer to organise and pay for.

On delivery, the Customer must ensure that all obstructions are removed, and that valuables are safeguarded against accidental damage.

The Company will not be held responsible for removing furniture or other items from any room into which the goods are delivered.

Delivery charges are from £25 depending on postcode, size of item and time taken for assembly.

Disposal charges are from £25 depending on the size/and or weight.

The delivery charges stated above apply to local deliveries in Leeds and the surrounding areas only. If you require delivery beyond this area please discuss this with us before placing your order.
